WAEL MOUAWAD
architect
Wael is a DPLG architect since 2007, specialized in Urbanism and Landscape, a graduate from the Ecole d’Architecture of Lyon. He’s also a PhD Student in Architecture (4th year) at the ACS Paris Malaquais Laboratories and GERPHAU Paris La Villette, working on the theme of urban wandering in Beirut. He’s actually based in Paris as a freelance architect (WA-L).
Wael has been a project manager for more than fifteen years in France, Luxembourg, as well as Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Beirut. He has worked on various architectural projects, has participated in the building of engineering structures and directed urban projects. He has followed up on the establishment of municipal development master plans with the objective of an evolving reflection around urban space.
